Product Recertification

Product Recertification supports the modification of “Available” products on following product informations:

  1. Warehouse Availability： If the Warehouse Availability of a product is “No” after the review, it can be supported to appeal again from here. Each SKU can be modified once.
  1. Brand：Each SKU can be modified once.
  1. Product Name:  Please confirm the product name is consistent with your product link.
  1. Product Link: Please confirm that the product link and product name are consistent with the actual product
  1. Product Price: Product Price needs to be the same as import price or cannot exceed 70% of the selling price.
  1. HS Code： HS Code will be applied to your international orders.
  1. Economic Operator:  CIRRO SKU compliance team will estimate whether a European Economic Operator or UK Economic Operator is required for the SKU. If needed, please bind the Economic Operator with the related SKU before you create the inbound order on the Product Compliance page. If you disagree with the estimation , please apply for recertification on the Product Recertification page.

 

How to apply for recertification?

From the CIRRO dashboard:

  1. Click Product on the left-hand navigation bar, and an additional menu will appear.
  1. Click the Product Recertification.
  1. Click Add a Recertification button and a pop-up window will appear to allow you input the SKU to modify informations.

Notes: Please choose the destination country as All if modification on Product Name, Brand, and Product Link, because they will be applicable for all warehouses.

  1. Or you can click the “Excel Recertification” to modify 
  1. Product Recertification list status
  • Verifying: Once you submit the recertification, your applications will be transferred to this status.
  • Verification Completed: 

–Complaint Passed： Your application get approved，and you can check the updation for the product information. 

–Complaint Failed：
